Preheat oven to 450 degrees

Mix both ingredients in a bowl, stir until just blended. Roll out on a floured surface using a flour rolling pin or your hands. Cut with a biscuit cutter or even just a glass. Place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Leave biscuits touching slighthly so they rise and stay soft. Leave them with space between if you like them a little flatter and crispier. Bake until lightly browned. Makes approximately 8-10 biscuits depending on the thickness.
