Mac & Cheese to Die For

This was my mother in laws recipe. I bugged her until she gave it to me. Our family called me a brown noser because I was constantly trying to get her recipes. For years we called this Brown Nose Mac & Cheese. Hope you enjoy it as much as we have.
Directions
Cook your noodles in boiling water until soft (most would say these are over cooked, ignore them). Drain water and add noodles back to pot. Cut off burner. Add all other ingredients into pot with noodles until melted. Leave on hot burner with lid, stirring frequently until all ingredients are incorporated. Add salt and pepper as needed.
- 16oz of macaroni noodles
- ½ block of Velveeta cheese
- ½ bag of grated cheddar cheese- I use sharp- you do you
- ¾ c. sour cream
- ½ stick of butter- cut into pats
- 12 oz can of evaporated milk ½ block of cream cheese- softened
- Salt & pepper
