Neesie’s Jalapeno Pimento and Cheese

This is the best pimento cheese you will eat even for those that don’t like pimento and cheese. Will last up to a week in the fridge but the jalapenos will get hotter over time so keep that in mind when you are making. Enjoy!

Directions

In a mixing bowl add all ingredients, with a stand mixer, mix on medium speed until well blended. Serve with crackers. If you want to level up your game, add on crostini’s and toast until melted for a great appetizer.

  • 1 block of sharp cheddar cheese, or if you are lazy, use one large bag of grated sharp cheddar
  • 1 softened block of cream cheese
  • 1 c. of Duke’s mayo- don’t try and use anything else, that is just nasty
  • 1 lg jar of diced pimentos- drained
  • 1/3 cup of drained diced jalapenos- add more if you like it hot, will get hotter over time
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • Pepper to taste
