Old Fashioned Salmon Patties

Get rid of the water from the salmon and dispose of the outer layer and skeleton.
Incorporate the salmon, egg, onion, breadcbs, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper in a generous bowl by stirring.
Create patties out of the mixture that are 3–4 inches in diameter.
Warm the oil in a big skillet over a moderate heat source.
Sear the patties for 2-3 minutes on either side until they reach a rich, golden hue.
Serve hot.
- 1 can salmon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons oil for frying
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
